Our 15 month old had been struggling with sleep for the last few months. She was having to be rocked to sleep, constantly waking up, unable to self settle and just wanting to sleep in our arms all night. We were all exhausted!
On our first call with Emily she was able to identify what the issues were and reassured us that there was light at the end of the tunnel!
Over the following two weeks Emily worked with us on a gentle approach to help Keeley learn how to self settle and work out an effective sleep routine for her.
By the 5th night Keeley was already sleeping through the night and by the end of the 2 weeks she was able to fall asleep independently in her cot without us in the room!
Emily was so supportive throughout the whole process with regular calls and check ins. I never could of imagined that our little one that always needed so much support to fall asleep would be able to self settle in just a matter of days. Emily told us to trust the process and she was absolutely right!
We're now all getting a good night's sleep every night and we have our evenings back. This has turned our life around!

We decided to reach out to Emily as we wanted to make some changes to improve our baby’s sleep. We were exhausted as our baby was waking multiple times in the night and I was routinely feeding our baby back to sleep. We also weren’t quite sure on the best routine for her regarding naps and night sleep and my partner didn’t feel confident putting our baby down for naps/bedtime.
Fast forward 6 weeks and we now have a baby that goes down for naps/bedtime consistently whoever puts her to sleep, sleeps through the night and we have reduced nighttime feedings significantly.
